Presbyopia Virtual Reality Experience

In this VR experience, users learn more about presbyopia, or age-related degeneration of the eye. Users will learn what presbyopia is, how it impacts the eye’s normal function, and how that translates to vision impairment. Using the immersive powers of virtual reality, users will see the world through different sets of eyes impacted by presbyopia: untreated, treated with corrective eyewear like monofocal and bifocal lenses, and treated with a new pharmaceutical solution. These viewpoints are paired with a variety of activities, like archery and mini golf, to show the complexity of vision treatments and how they work in different situations.
