Augmented Reality Sales Simulator
Step inside of TPM’s new AR Sales Simulator, our newest revolution in virtual sales training. Recreate
life-sized doctors and offices in augmented reality and turn your living room or home office into a place to rehearse sales skills and role-play conversations, all using a phone or tablet. Our Sales Simulator allows your learners to maintain human connection and gain all the benefits of live training from a safe, virtual setting.
A THREE-MODULE SIMULATION
- Step 1: Patient Journeys. Learners meet fictitious patients and can use the Sales Sim to meet with their doctors, review charts and test results, and discuss treatment options.
- Step 2: Verbalization. Learners rehearse their pitches and speaking skills against an open-ended prompt. They are self-tested to remember key selling points and use supplemental material in an effective way.
- Step 3: Sales Test. After learning and practicing the material, learners test their knowledge by engaging in a virtual sales call.
- The above modules can be developed separately or combined into a full application based on your needs.
- 360-Degree Immersion. Learners develop presence and confidence as they walk through a virtual door frame and enter a 360-degree virtual environment.
- Voice Controls. Increase retention of sales skills with “learn by doing” training as learners use voice controls to have conversations with doctors and practice their sales pitches.
- “Smart” Conversations. Virtual doctors have branched scripts, encouraging learners to choose the best answer to any given prompt. Doctors respond positively and negatively based on correct and incorrect responses.
- Download and Go. The application can be distributed via the Apple app store or your internal app store onto most iPhone and iPad devices.
- Company Branding: Our Sales Simulator’s menus and UI are easily rebranded to fit your company’s colors and style standards.
- Pre-Approved Q&A: We can quickly upload your pre-approved practice scripts and question-and-answer training materials into the Sales Simulator.
- Doctor Library: We have a small selection of hospital and doctor models that can be easily exchanged to your preferences.
- Patient Journeys: We can create custom patient journeys to give your learners a stronger sense of empathy and connection to the products they’re selling.
Custom Scripts: Our instructional designers can work alongside your core team to develop
questions and answers that will best challenge your learners and test their knowledge.
- Custom Models: We can create customized offices and custom models of doctors, patients, and caregivers to fit your exact specifications.
